We hope you love what you receive, but in the rare case something falls short, we’re here to make it right.
Our return process is designed with fairness and transparency, ensuring that every concern is handled with the same grace and attention as our craft.
Because every piece is made with intention and time, we do not offer monetary refunds.
Instead, we extend thoughtful resolutions — store credit or a replacement piece — to ensure you still receive the beauty and value you deserve.
At House of Vibhava, we believe every exchange should feel as personal and considered as the garment itself.
Return Policy
We accept returns only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return, please share unboxing videos and clear images of the defect within 7 days of delivery (for domestic orders).
Please note:

Returns without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.

International orders are not eligible for return at this time.

Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For full-price purchases, an exchange of size may be offered (subject to availability). Tags must be intact for the exchange to be processed.
Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds.
In the case of approved returns or exchanges, customers will receive store credit or a replacement piece, as applicable.
