5. Shipping

We offer free domestic standard shipping across India and express or international shipping at additional cost.
Processing an order typically takes 3–7 business days, after which your order will be dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for manufacturing defects and under the conditions stated in our official Return Policy.
Custom-made sizes (XS,3XL & above), sale items, and discounted purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

For exchanges on full-price purchases due to sizing issues, please ensure tags are intact and request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

We currently do not offer refunds.

7. Custom Orders

Orders in size XL and above are made-to-order and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned once placed.
We encourage customers to contact our team for sizing assistance prior to purchase.

8. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable GST within India.
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may be levied by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer.
